InnerSpeak is a powerful healing method which allows the inner self or soul to communicate with the conscious mind. It gives you a way to identify the disharmony or blocks that prevent you from creating the reality you desire. Then, it guides you through a process of removing these blocks. Our inner self talks to us constantly, but we don’t always hear or understand the message. Otherwise, we would listen and act, living in a state of perfection surrounded with everything and everyone we desire! InnerSpeak is a language for listening to the soul.

As a spiritually-based self-healing method, we offer a prayer before we begin. Then a simple pattern of cards is turned over one by one to reveal a key story from the soul. This may be a past life or “other” life story, an ancestral story, or personal stories associated with sabotage, lack of closure, or powerlessness. It may also have to do with powers outside of you including other’s emotions and intentions or an earthbound spirit trying to find forgiveness.

As a person relates to or recognizes the story; the reasoning, the feelings, or even the physical sensations associated with this disharmony are exposed. We discuss the soul’s reaction and stuck beliefs. Healing begins when we have reviewed all necessary aspects of the relationship between the soul’s story and the associated blocked area and then follow the instructions on the three healing cards.

The three healing cards are appropriate energetic healing techniques carried out by the client. They are simple visualization exercises or commands empowered with loving intention. You are gently guided through this process until the identified blocks and disharmony are released. Once all energetic healing has been experienced and accepted, a prayer of gratefulness is offered, thus closing the session with blessing.
