Many life patterns we exhibit today can be traced back to what we think may be prior lifetimes. Someone having difficulty with public speaking or crowds may recall being burned as a witch in the Middle Ages or  a fear of flying may be associated with a memory of being a pilot who crashed in the first World War.

A past life story reveals life patterns, limiting beliefs, and emotional and physical traumas that have left their impression on the body/mind/soul. These impressions are consequently reflected in the current life. Sometimes reliving the story alone brings relief and at other times applying models of forgiveness, self-love, energetic healing, or spiritual insight brings about the desired results. 

The end goal is to release the individual from past life influences and bring resolution along with healing and helpful perspectives into the present. 

There are some that like to experience past life regression as an exploration of character.  It gives them a better picture of who they are as a person and what motivates their choices and behaviors. This type of exploration can be beneficial for personal and spiritual growth.  The stories relived and the higher spiritual perspectives gained serve as inspiration for resolving conflicts, extending forgiveness, and living more consciously within a state of self-acceptance and understanding.
